Wristbands and tickets for games and bounce houses are $8 for unlimited use or $2 per ticket. There will also be seven inflatable bounce houses, an obstacle course, carnival-style games for younger participants, and five food vendors. Highlights include a costume contest for all ages, sponsored by the El Segundo Kiwanis Club at City Hall Plaza, and a carved pumpkin contest, sponsored by the El Segundo Women’s Club. 31 on the 300 and 400 blocks of Main Street in downtown El Segundo. The city of El Segundo Recreation and Parks Department will host its annual Halloween Frolic from 4 p.m.
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Other highlights include a costume parade, scary stories, and light refreshments. Pumpkins will be judged based on age group, and prizes will be awarded for most color and most creative design.
